Abstract

The clinical utility of plasma biomarkers will in part be based on the information they convey regarding the distribution of neuropathology, especially beyond the information provided by demographics. We examined the associations of plasma biomarkers with cerebral amyloid and tau pathology determined by positron emission tomography (PET).
